Detailed Description of the Interior
- BEDROOMS: 4 (including a VERY large master bedroom suite on the second floor). Three have large walk-in closets.
- MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom suite takes up the entire upstairs. It is newly-carpeted (2006) and one wall is solid mirrors with beveled mirror strips as accents. It has a full bath with tub and shower (and toilet, and sink with cabinet). It also has a large walk-in closet. There is a beautiful view of the huge back yard, pool area, and the woods.
- BATHROOMS: 2 full baths. Replaced the downstairs bathtub with a large walk-in shower in 2007 by Bathfitters, which includes a built-in corner shelf, a towel bar, and two grab bars.
- LIVING ROOM: Large, with French doors and windows that overlook the tranquil and lovely back yard.
- FAMILY ROOM: Sunken family room with flagstone fireplace and French doors that lead out to the redwood deck and screened-in pool area. Large built-in curio cabinet with interior light.
- “SECRET GARDEN”: Private outside (outdoors) room with entrances only from within the house. This area can be used to plant a tropical garden, install a hammock and a fountain, or put in a hot tub and a sound system.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Large laundry room, inside the house. The washer and dryer PROBABLY will not come with the house. But the hookups and space will be there, along with a new (2007) deep laundry-room sink.
- KITCHEN: Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops, stainless steel double sink, Jenn-Air Electric Downdraft Slide-in Range in cooking island which has four glass-top burners and a digital oven (completely redone in 2004). It includes a KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
- DINING AREA: Adjacent to the kitchen is a place for the diningroom or kitchen table, with a chandelier-type light fixture included in the price.
